Our Wednesday night women's league is looking for two additional teams to join the fun this season! This league is women only, 4-person teams, and handicapped scoring. We have one of the only women-only leagues on a mid-week night in the area, so if you are looking for a fun night out with friends, this is it!
We are also looking for teams for our once-a-month Saturday league and senior leagues as well, so spread the word and join the fun at the newly remodeled Country Lanes!

The American Place Casino Summer Sweeper Series is entering the final weeks, and week #11 did not disappoint when it came to action and fun! It was our pleasure to welcome Alex Nikoley in the booth to discuss his new auto detailing business called Detail Devotion Auto Detailing! Check out his page and give him a shout if you would like to clean up your ride! Al also gave away some can koozies to the bowlers and Dartanion Sellers won a free auto detail as part of a clean game challenge during qualifying!
The qualifying action was fast and furious, as the Kegel Helium pattern provided a lower volume, higher ratio challenge that bowlers could really strike on! It took 645 to make it through to the top-18 on the night, and the cuts of 222 and 227 were needed to make the top-4, which were as follows: Ian Kloss , Emma Johnson , Layton Barlow , and Robert Kenney . The first half of the game seemed like it was going to be a down-to-the-wire battle between Ian and Layton, but Ian was able to keep the strikes rolling and break through for his first sweeper victory of the season! Congratulations! Ian won the Championship bucket from our friends at Holz Motors, the weekly championship belt, and the prize money for his SMART account! Emma captured 2nd, Layton took 3rd, and Rob finished in fourth. Thank you to Lanetalk for always helping us make the live scoring on the show look great!
With that victory, Ian has put himself right into the conversation for the top-5 point earners for the season! Our top two are virtually guaranteed to be in, but 3rd through 5th place are going to be quite the battle to see who makes the stepladder finals to chase the $1000 grand prize on an episode of the Brew City Bowling Show !
